I joined Calvary about attending online Sunday services during the pandemic from Wisconsin and then moving to Silver Spring, MD to live with my family Tim, Amy and Ellie Shaw. I was drawn to the Calvary community because of its diversity and its spirit of inclusion and social justice. I am grateful to Pastors Sally and Maria and other Calvary friends for making me feel welcomed and included from the very beginning.  I enjoy nature, traveling, reading, and gardening when work does not keep her too busy. I hope to continue to build relationships with Calvary members and contribute to her new faith community.
