I started attending Calvary in early 2005 as a seeker full of questions. I was baptized and became a member by the end of the year. Calvary is a place where we all explore the questions together. We’re a diverse and unique congregation that genuinely treasures and supports each other. Now retired after a long career with the government, I enjoy hanging out with my wife, playing banjo and dobro (sometimes even in church!), tossing a Frisbee, and reading. It’s been a blessing to be able to have served Calvary in a variety of ways over the years—deacon, Vice Moderator, sound team, usher, and various committees. My dream is that Calvary will continue to be guided by the Holy Spirit in living out the Gospel with each other and the wider world. It’s a great place to meet every Sunday to worship God.
